How we got started
Valley Vintage Apartments started in 2002 with a three-unit purchase in Toluca Lake, CA. Within five years we added 47 more units.
Each tenant has been treated like a guest. If they moved away, their first call when returning to the San Fernando Valley was to see if we had anything available. Sometimes we did, sometimes we didn't.
Each tenant when they moved in was given a copy of the award-winning, best-selling book Wealth On Any Income, which provided the basics of handling money effectively. When tenants followed the lessons in the book, many went on to buy their own homes — and one even purchased income property.
